first you got to earn experience by fighting other wrestlers from the 1st Legend tier which is the first statue on the left.i think it's the Hulk Hogan statue.if you beat all ten wrestlers,this will unlock the 2nd Legend Tier (Bret Hart Statue if i'm not mistaken)as for upgrading your character,i think you have to select the 4th statue from the left or middle one)then add your experience points according the the categories that you want.currently playing and loving it.
