When you break a baby tooth, what should you do?
My 12 year-old daughter cracked one of her baby teeth with her toothbrush. It isn't completely broken into, and the root is fine, but should I take her to the dentist or wait until this tooth falls out? She says it isn't painful and that I am making too big of a deal over it, but will there be problems until it falls out?

That tooth is usually lost around 11. I would guess that it must be loose and about ready to come out. If it's not bothering her I would wait a while and see if it comes out. Good luck.
