    lol well I'm a little restricted. Can't go swimming in public cos most pools won't let blokes in with tops on, and my moobs are enough to frighten other swimmers! Skipping...yeah right, would have got me kicked to death in my town (and we produced a couple of proper boxers - it still wasn't done!). Now I don't have the hand-foot co-ordination to skip without breaking something. Cycling...well cycling I can't do either, but that's entirely my own fault. I only once owned a bike as a kid, and I decided to learn it 'my way'. Unfortunately, 'my way' meant trying to balance on it standing still, under the stairs in our maisonette, before ever taking it outdoors. I kept falling off, and couldn't understand why. People did try to tell me, but I wouldn't have it - with only-child logic I told them it stood to reason; you HAD to be able to balance it standing up first, surely. Lost interest as the bruises mounted up and eventually the bike disappeared. Still can't ride one to this day. And as for baasketball - dude, I don't know about white MEN exactly, but I do know one thing - white slobs can't jump.

    I joined a gym last year, determined to finally get over my anti-exercise mindset. Nearly a year later, I've put on a stone of pure flab. A friend of mine tentatively suggested I might be doing it wrong.

    The one thing I do like is walking. Urban walking, none of that 'nature' stuff, don't hold with that, it's too healthy. But gimme an iPod and a city and I'll walk for miles. I won't necessarily have any idea where I'm GOING, but I figure that's what Sundays are FOR...

    I like swimming, walking and cycling, I also like to work out with weights.

  • Dancing and gardening and horse back riding. Not the only ones I do, lol, but my favorites. Other forms are mostly work and done because one must in order to stay slim.

    I got nothing.

    Except for basketball, softball, jogging, hiking, racket ball, and a few other things I do to keep myself in shape.

    I love tennis and skiing but a great thing to do in the morning is pilates. It is great for your core strength
