I think you are just dreaming girl. You would have to get rid of all birds, not just chickens, in order to get rid of the avian variants. Besides, you are still at the 0% infection rate (as the number is still very low in comparison) so I wouldn't get too worked up yet.

I doubt it, especially since they are farmed on such a large scale. If a couple of hundred endangered species survives for so long what's to stop millions of pigs and chickens.

I won't miss the pigs. It looks like the Old Testament was right when they condemned pigs and pork.
