Why is Neil resigning from Newman Enterprises....Y & R?

Because he was CEO and Victor knocked him back down to be subservient to his brats. I can't say I much blame him. He owns a club so maybe he can do that full-time. I thought it was a bit**-a** move the way that Victor did him anyway. I especially think that Nick can't do his job for sniffing Sharon's bloomers every freaking second and after the way that Victoria got shut down today by Brad's daughter, well, the case is closed on that one. His kids suck compared to Neil.Victor will regret his decision because I think his company is going to be sorry for letting him go. Neil was almost in tears and all he got was a freaking handshake. F**k Victor and his retarded spawns.

Way back when Dru was still living, I can remember Neil contemplating leaving Newman Enterprises. He had been a loyal employee for so long, yet he always had to take a "back seat" to Victor's children in the company. I think this has continued to be a problem for him and he has finally had enough of it. I am kind of happy to see him move on - if that is what he wants. And if it means we see more of Katherine Chancellor - I am all for it!

Because he realized that he had reached a glass ceiling at Newman. When Victor chose Victoria to fill in for him Neil realized that his time at Newman was up and that he needed to move on to greener pastures.

Because he was tired of the way the mustache always trample over his good work with a smile on his face. Its high time Neil get a life and stop hanging out at the bottom of the ladder.

He is tired of working under Victor and feels he will never go anywhere while Newman Kids are around.

Because Victor USES Neil whenever it's convenient, and casts him aside in favor of either Nick or Victoria and Neil just about had it.

No matter what Neil's actions have been lately he is a DEDICATED to his work and always has been, VIctor has never really appreciated him and I don't blame him one bit for leaving Newman where they always throw him on the back burner..

Because he was tired of living his life and career as a door mat to the Newman clan.

It doesn't make much sense since I hear he's going to go work at Chancellor industries whats the difference??
