This is insane. It either is an emergency or it isn't, and if it is, we should close the border. However, if it IS enough to close the border, we should have closed the border long ago due to epidemic levels of TB in other countries.

mexico has closed schools, and many buildings in mexico city, because when you don't congregate together the risk of infection is minimal.

it's okay to cross the border because it's already in the US. closing the border wouldn't do much good.

I guess Mexicans didn't listen because US and Mexican border activity heading north has increased.
