this person said they are deleting old accounts, that he needs ALL of my info, to keep it active. Is this true? Thank you

This is a common email phishing scam now. Don't respond, Yahoo would never ask us in a email or on the phone for our personal info, and you are not going to lose your account. You will if you give them the info they want. Just mark it spam, never open these things, it lets them know your account is active and then you get tons more, they pass your address on to others.

Probably not. No GOOD email service will ever ask for all your info at once. Anyway, they can get it themselves if they need it by checking the servers. Don't answer.
