Does anyone know where to get good/easy/quick recipes for a single person?

Eating out is expensive, but I live by myself, and cooking for one is hard. Anyone have any good and simple recipes for one serving?

Update:

Preferably something online (I forgot to mention I'm cheap) but books are still good.

This recipe works well with large or small crockpot as long as the turkey legs fit into it well. Place desired amount of turkey legs in crockpot. Sprinkle liberally with liquid smoke. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Slice green bell peppers and onions and lay atop the turkey legs. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. During last 30 minutes of cooking time, use a turkey baster to suck drippings out of crockpot. Discard drippings or make a gravy out of it. Pour your favorite barbeque sauce over legs and finish cooking. Delish!

there is a cook book called cooking for two, i think it is put out by the taste of home. you could use those and would have enough for you lunch the next day or just cut the recipe in half.
