File types for screen printing?

I am making some designs for a friend and need to know how to save them for a screen printer. Is JPEG fine or is there some other file type they need? Also, these are going to be t-shirts should that make any difference.

I would think that if the screen printer is digital that they would prefer the artwork as vector artwork and provided as a EPS or at least a PDF. And if there is more than one color to save each color in a seperate layer.

If you are going for a full color design, then a high quality JPEG of 300 DPI or higher would probably do the job.

The best bet to find out is to just ask the print shop what they prefer.

Yes, i think JPEG is pretty ok and with fail quality.
