How can I set Windows Picture Viewer to be my default picture viewer?

I recently installed Adobe Photoshop Elements, and it became the new default image viewer. Is there any way I can reset the Windows Picture Viewer as the default one?

    Open Elements. Click on Edit up in the Main Menu at the top then click on File Association.... Make sure they're all UNCHECKED.

    Click on Start>Default programs.

    you can configer your default programs for all files in there.
