Air conditioner or heater?

Coming from Maui to California it's either the air conditioner or heater. What do you have on now?

    The weather is beautiful and sunny. There's no need for air conditioner or heater.

    I live in California and the weather sucks most days.

    So I will go with air conditioner.

    If it is on the house now, I am sure that it is adequate to heat and coot the home, but I am not exactly sure what kind of unit you are talking about. As for the cost to operate, your realtor can call the utility company to get a cost for the past year. As for replacing, units that heat or cool the home should last for many many years.

    i have both. but id say heater because you can always walk around with shorts and a tee. but wearing a lot of winter coats is annoying.
