Who is this Alex Evans guy, and what is it that makes him "popular around the internet"? Maybe the girl just has a celeb crush on him or something. Don't feel you need to go out of your way to make her look like a fool, she obviously has enough problems if she's saying some random dude on the internet is her boyfriend. It might be funny to you, but for once be the bigger person and don't make her feel horrible for trying to boost her own self esteem, even though it is kind of sad.
