It will probably be a lib-for-a-lib swap, so no earth-shaking consequences. But ya never know... Bush 41 thought Souter was going to be a conservative. Ditto with Ford on Stevens. Flips after appointment can go both ways.

This isnt precisely an excellent marvel. the only shocker may be if a conservative decide chosen to retire under Obama. Dont difficulty, Obama i'm valuable will carry 20 press conferences to communicate this. heavily, has there been a president that likes to be on television as much as Obama? Clinton on no account even held this many television bulletins and he enjoyed being interior the media. lol oh yeah liberals on no account supply thumbs down loosen up Obama fanatics only considering which you like him doesnt recommend you cant admit the guy holds distinctive television press conferences

The reason I voted for Obama was because I wanted him to be the one to appoint new justices to replace the retiring ones. Roe v. Wade is safe!

One more liberal retiring from the court to be replaced by another, when Obama fills the seat.

It is a shame that people already criticize his pick when he hasn't even come close to a pick.*
