Bad stomach cramps, help!!!?
Today I have been having these really bad stomach cramps. It feels like I am really hungry, but I have been eating a normal amount. I also felt nauseous earlier today and have diarrhea. Any suggestions?
I also have been a vegetarian for two months, and probably have not been getting enough iron or protein, if that helps.

You may have a virus. You should go to the doctor. Diarrhea could cause you to be loosing too much base leaving you with a metabolic acidosis...not good. In the mean time you may want to try peppermint for the nausea.

Like Canjubu said, you may have a virus. However, you also exhibit symptoms of food poisoning or a problem with your GI tract.
Schedule an appointment with your doctor. In the meantime, drink LOTS of water, don't take any medication, and try to improve your diet. Iron and protein deficiencies can be devastating.
Good luck,
Matt
