Car Door defender?? Help!?
Has anyone tried or own this product www.doordefender.com
it's a magnet that basically protects your car from other people's carelessness.. Just wanted to see if it really works.. Thanks!
It will just be used to protect my car from my careless neighbor. I don't use my car to go shopping. I walk. Where I work I'm safe it's just my apartment complex.

I hadn't seen it until just now. My best WAG (engineering speak for Wild @ss guess) is that it would be stolen within the first 30 minutes it sat in a parking lot. There are kits that the auto parts stores sell that have a nice looking rubber/plastic trim strip which is applied with heavy duty peel and stick tape. Once on they are almost impossible to remove and if you do them right they look as if the car came with them. Many cars, over the years in fact, did come with those type trim strips to prevent door dings.

Yes it works. Just takes a little time to put on, but worth it in some instances.
