Nup... you're fine. You just got a little extra calcium. You didn't eat enough to cause kidney stones, but if you're worried about it, drink extra water, cranberry juice, and take a vitamin C to help your body absorb it better. Birds eat them too, when it's Spring and they need calcium to lay eggs. Just don't sit on any bird nests ;-)
You may want to complain to the store manager though. McDonalds trains its employees better than that, and you may end up getting a free breakfast out of it. They can't be blamed for not fixing a problem they weren't informed of.

Other than just an unpleasant experience, no need to worry, you'll be fine. If you do get sick it would be from the germs that were on the eggshell from the cooks handling it, but the chances of that are slim to nothing since the egg shells were cooked with the egg. More than likely you won't get sick. I wouldn't worry. Just don't go back there to eat again.

All I want to say is I wish the local McDonalds over here in Ohio, USA used fresh eggs instead of the nasty frozen ones they've got. I bet, shell and all, your breakfast is going to be healthier than the one I'm about to go get!

For gods sake, it's a tiny but of egg shell! It obviously did you no harm so why moan about it?
It won't make you ill, it's just calcium same as if you eat sardines with small bones in or take antacids.

As already said, not harmful at all. Proves they use genuine eggs, anyway, someone inadvertently dropped some into the mix . . .

No it's not harmful but strange. Most McDonald's eggs come premixed in a carton not fresh.
