i bought a web cam for my brother and myself i need help with some questions about it?
I downloaded the disc they supplied and im able to see myself on my computer when turned on. He lives in a diff state. how do i link up with him. do i need to download another program? if so what the easiest one to use.

There are many programs that you can use to do this, Skype being the most popular (you both have to have it installed) with the added bonus of being free.
Also, you have MSN Messenger which comes with all versions of windows and will give you video calls.

you have to download a yahoo Messenger then you have to Create a email id on yahoo.com & then by signing in on yahoo Messenger you can talk with whatever it may be by choosing option of more actions

yes you need to download another program. i recommend skype. its easy to use and free to video chat. also free skype to skype calls. just dont call phones and it wont cost u n e thing. ijust bought a webcam and thats wut i use.
