how can i get yahoo points?

You get two (2) points for each question you answer, you get one (1) point for every answer you vote as best, you get three (3) points back for every question of yours that you pick the Best Answer to, and you get ten (10) points for every answer of yours that gets picked as the Best Answer.

Points are also used by Yahoo Answers to help determine what level you are. As you get more points, your level increases and you are able to participate more on this site.

*Level 2 requires 250 points and allows you to answer and vote for 40 questions a day.

*Level 3 requires 1,000 points and allows you to answer and vote for up to 60 questions a day.

*Level 4 requires 2,500 points and allows you to answer up to 80 questions and vote for 80 questions per day.

*Level 5 requires 5,000 points and removes the limit places on the number of questions you can answer a day, but you still are only able to vote for 80 questions a day.

*Level 6 requires 10,000 points and allows you to vote for up to 100 questions a day and star up to 100 questions as interesting. You can still answer as many questions per day as you want.

*Level 7 requires 25,000 points and nothing changes between Levels 6 and 7.

Usually, the more points someone has, the more they have participated on this site.

answer 20 more questions ( 40 a day )

well.. asking questions makes you loose 5 points..

you can get 2 points by answering a question. also if your answer is chosen as the best, you get 10 points. also if you vote for usolved questions you get 1 point. my advice is that you go to a section which you know most stuff about, and answer and/or vote for as many questions possible! try not to ask so many questions cuz that takes away 5 points, but u prob already know that. oh and when you choose a best answer, you get 3 points.

Each question you answer you get 2 points. And if you do a guidance quiz you get 20 points that if you answer 8 correct. And if you get the best answer that gives you an extra 10 points

but u get 10 points when the asker makes your answer the best

so try and give a good answer when you answer questions
