Computer Science is a field where a BS or Masters isn't always necessary. Many jobs in the computer field only require certification, like you are acquiring from your Tech school.
Most universities that offer a Computer Science degree focus mostly on programming. If programming isn't a focus of yours, then I wouldn't bother getting a degree in it.
If you do decide on the BS or Masters you will out compete your competition for jobs, and you will make a higher salary.

Not if you can get a job with the same job you want with what you have now. I would first try applying to the type of jobs you are interested that go along with your degree if you don't get a job after applying for awhile then maybe you should consider going back. I actually know a few system analyst making $70,000 a year off of community colllege degrees in computer science.

depends on your end goal... further education provides the opportunity for more experience and more money in the long run...
plus it will open the doors to new networks of people working in the field
master's degrees can get someone 20-50% more income in a lifetime over a B.A.
