should i make a move or wait?
below is my fantasy team. its in a 30 team league broken down into al on one site and nl on another. currently im in 4th place and whoever gets teh most pts in this roto league at the end of the year wins. no type of playoff. should i be worried about this and try to make a move and if so what should i work on. im currently poor in avg wins and era.

I wouldn't worry about the wins. You have strong pitching that will turn it around soon. I would try to trade Maybin and get a 3B to fill in while ARod is still out. It doesn't do you any good to have a player on the DL in your staring lineup. I would also move Fielder because you should be good with HRs and get a 1B who can hit for average (try trading for Votto).
