What are my rights as a Widower?

I am the Administrator of my deceased wife's Estate. After nearly five months now her parents are trying to remove me and get appointed themselves. Is this possible? (state of KY.)

Update:

I was appointed by a judge, theres no property involved only thing she owned was her clothes etc. besides marital property which is furniture, household items and things like that.

If they can prove that you have been irresponsible in your settling of the estate then you can be removed. However, if you have performed your duties as the Administrator correctly you have nothing to worry about.

Were you appointed by the court or by her will?
