The important thing is to teach that kid fairness. It's not fair for you to assert your parent dominant role when you have plainly challenged her to a match. she won, fair and square. Next time, don't challange her, just say "I'm the parent and what I say goes and we are watching 9 inch nails". See, it's too late for that now because you are teaching her poor sportmanship. Personally, I punch people that display poor sportsman ship. So if you don't bring that into play in the first place, you could have played the parent card. Too bad so sad. Take your Dora and a bag of popcorn. You can always watch 9 inch later you know....

Otherwise, maybe I can send The Cat over to distract her while you watch the nails. (can I come too?)

let her watch dora first then later when she is at school watch your nine inch nails concert and drink a beer or whatever is your favorite party treat and have your own fun just for you full on.
