Disappointed Friend to Mexico?

My friend has been planning on going to Mexico for at least two years now. She finally got her chance to go and it was set for next week! But with this swine flu in Mexico she can't go. She is SO disappointed, I got to go last year and I loved it so much. But, I want to do something for her, to cheer her up. Any suggestions? I'll take anything.

Thanks!

Try to recreate the experience. Do you know great places that look kind of like mexico? Do you know any mexicans? On a mexican holiday, or anytime, try to get a little creative and recreate mexico for her. You might want to ask a mexican for help. You can even drive her somewhere and try to trick her into believing it is mexico, and break it to her later. Don't be stereotypical, don't start buying llamas and alpacas, have your mexican friends just wear what people normally wear in mexico. Throw a party, hold a fake tour, but whatever you do try to make it look as authentically mexican as possible! Good Luck :D

    U. S. Constitution --- Tenth Amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This is a States Right Issue. The states certainly have the right to protect themselves when the federal government fails to do so. A brief filed by a deceptive foreign government has little weight in a U. S. courtroom. Mexico should clean up its squalid, drug infested, crime ridden, bribe controlled society before sticking it nose in its neighbors business.

It might help to plan a little vacation to the beach or maybe somewhere else that resembles mexico. It might help to cheer her up if you made your back yard or something to resemble mexico
