What is this "click here to download plugin" on Mozilla Firefox?
I don't get it on internet explorer (which I hate, thus that's why I'm on Mozilla!) but this download thing only shows up on Mozilla. When I try to download it, it doesn't do it, and yet I can't view the message I wanted to in the first place, when I got the download thing. I'm confused. Again, what the heck is it anyway?

The yellow bar in firefox that says "click here to download plugin" is Firefox's way of saying it is missing a program to display everything on a website. If you click on that bar it should automatically download, or take you to a site, where you can download the plugin you need. if this isn't working, then look at the site you are trying to visit, chances are it will say "you need X to view everything on the page" with a link, follow that link and download what you need.
if the website you are trying to visit uses ActiveX, like MicrosoftUpdate or some school websites, then firefox won't be able to load everything and you need to use Internet Explorer (this sucks, i know, but it is Microsoft's fault, not Mozilla's).
