Some common symptoms are fever, lack of appetite, lethargy and coughing. Some who get it also have a sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Even if you haven't been to Mexico, you can still get it from other people from coughing/sneezing. If someone coughs in their hand and then puts their hand on a doorknob the swine flu can stay on the doorknob. If you put your hand on the doorknob then wipe your mouth you can get the swine flu.
So to prevent getting swine flu wash your hands a lot and don't put your hands in your mouth or nose. You should still see the doctor though, because you sound pretty sick, even if you don't have the swine flu.
Get well soon! :)

Here are some of the symptoms that sound like swine flu - fevers - body aches - cough - runny nose - nausea and diarrhea. It’s also useful to know if you might have had an exposure - either by recent travel to Mexico, or to the areas of known cases so far in America - California, Texas, New York, Ohio and Kansas. Or you may have been exposed to a sick person who came from those areas. The incubation time for swine flu is believed to be pretty short - 48-72 hours, and the virus seems to spread easily between people. If this sounds like your symptoms, then what do you do? 2) Don’t panic - If you have a cold or flu, and the media is full of details about a potentially lethal pandemic, it’s hard to not imagine the worst. 3) Call or go? - If you have symptoms and possible risks that sound like swine flu, call your doctor or local public health clinic before going in Getting sick - stay home! ******* wash your hands!!!!!!!!!!

basic flu symptoms are the same as swine flu symptoms, the difference from flu and swine flu is that swine flu is spread faster as in, you catch it quicker, if you get the human flu, you gradually reach symptoms such as the ones you have, but with the pig flu, you get all the symptoms at one blow. If you suddenly got all the symptoms, and sky rocketing temperatures, (101 to 103 in less than an 2 hours) you should reach your doctor, not your ER, the ERs are swamped, so do NOT go there first, go straight to your doctor, and if they won't take you say you have a 103 (or what ever your temperature is) and it reached that temperature in less that 2 hours, they will take you ASAP! I hope this helped. Good luck and by the way, odds are you don't have swine flu, many people are phycosamatic and they believe that they have the pig flu when the truth is CNN scared them into having a cold, like cancer, you can easily recover if you have the faith and brain power to focus your energy toward recovery, many people with cancer have therapists, to reach cure, without any medical treatment. I am sure you can think your self out of your state of mind.

Any recent travel to Mexico? How about U.S. states with confirmed infections? Any close contact with infected individuals?
Go to the hospital and get a test, ASAP. Quick recognition is the cornerstone for an effective treatment of this infection.
EDIT: Don't listen to Gabs. This infection is a serious medical emergency and must be dealt with immediately for effective treatment. The rest of those idiots in the ER can probably wait. Trust me, they triage patients so you won't be taking emergency care away from critical patients.

Call 0208 1513 513 if you live in UK they will answer your queries and concerns on swine flu. It always best to call a professional local doctor then lay people because they really do not know everything and just give you unnecessary stress even though you may have simple flu.
