Alternatives to Airport Card for a 2001 Apple iMac (slot loader)?
I have a 2001 Apple iMac computer which I would like to get on my wireless network. I understand I can install a 802.11b airport card, but these are hard to come by and are often expensive. Does anyone know if there are other 802.11b cards I can put in the imac, is it just PCMCIA? Will anything work?

(It's the only one that specifically says it will work with Mac OSX that I can find on Newegg.)

You can use a USB wifi adapter.
You can use a PCI (not PCMCIA) wifi adapter.
PCMICA is just for laptops.
