This is the end...what happens now?

All hope is lost.

No meaning or purpose to life.

Body numbness...aches...tiredness.

Blank gaze.

Lack of hunger.

Tired...weary mind.

Isolation...disconnect from those around you and the things you like.

Comfort in damage to self.

Plotting destruction.

Sleeping to forget everything and everyone...numbness of thought.

    Talk to someone to let out these negative feelings. Work on resolving the problems that are making you feel this way.
