A Problem Between Friends?

I used to be head over heels in love with a guy. I told him this, and he rejected me. So, I decided to join Christian dating websites to try to find someone else. Well, over the course of a couple of weeks, he found out that I was a better match than expected. He and I have a lot more in common than he thought that he and I did. He decided that he was going to try to ask me out. Then, he found out that I joined the Christian dating websites. Two mutual friends were trying to set us up, and now, they are mad at me. Is there anything that I can do to not make them mad anymore?

There is nothing to apologize about. You were seeking to find companionship and nothing is wrong with your method. If indeed this fellow is interested, then let him 'sweat' it out. The shoe is on the other foot and he should be wearing it. Peace!
