Sandals resorts are scattered through out the Caribbean and each person may enjoy one hotel over another because of their personal preference.
Going to St. Lucia and staying at either the the Sandals Regency St. Lucia or the Sandals Grande St. Lucian will give you a vacation on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Both those Sandals are elegant and a brochure/DVD and comments by the guest may have you decide which one you may prefer.
One of my favorite is Sandals Royal Caribbean, Jamaica because of the Caribbean charm, British traditions and it is uniquely intimate.
Sandals Negril Beach Resort and Spa, Jamaica takes you to one of the best water sports / free lessons Sandals. Negril is not as congested as Montego Bay and so you savor the island. Negril is also home to the world famous Rick's Cafe.
Ask about the Stay at One Play at Three or Seven depending on the island you chose. This will allow you to sample and compare other Sandals for your return visit.
