Trying to achieve waves with braids?

I'm about to take a shower and I'm going to put them in braids wet so my hair will be wavy in the morning. What type of braid should I use? Pig-tails? French? And could I use chi silk infusion to keep my hair from getting frizzy when I take them out in the morning or use paul mitchell skinny serum? I have both but I don't know which works best. Someone told me to just put hairspray in the morning, but I'm scared it will be already frizzy by then. My hair is really thick, but I just got it thinned yesterday so I think it will be a little ok. Thank you!

what I would do is part your hair right down the middle and braid both sides. That will give you more of a beachy type wave (wider softer waves). The more braids you put in the tighter the waves. Both products are great. Use the silk infusion after washing and when you braid. and then use the Super Skinny for extra smoothing the next day.

when i do this i do 2 french braids, one on each side of my head.

As for anti-frizz serums or hairspray, have both on hand when you un-do the braids. it your hair seems to be too big use the serums but if not a little hairspray will help hold the wave all day

What I do to acheive waves is after I shower I towel dry and blow dry my hair until its damp, after I twist and coil my hair into small buns. The amount of buns all depend on the thickness of your hair. Sleep with them and in the morning take them out. :]
