i teach aerobics, and i keep 'em comin' with the following songs. and even if you don't like techno or have never really given it a chance, i think you should at least sample a couple during your workouts. i have had several of my participants to request the artists and titles to these songs so that they could add them to their music library. here is a list of songs that my aerobics participants really enjoy:
When You Leave (Numa Numa) - Alina
Beautiful Things - Andain
Going Wrong - Armin Van Buuren
Disease - Ayria
Look on the Floor - Bananarama
Satisfaction (and many others - check them out!!) - Benni Benassi and Benassi Brothers, they have alot of good songs that will make you want to move!!
Wonamizer - Britney Spears
Simply Being Loved - BT
The Things You Say - Cicada
If This Ain't Love - Groovejet - DJ Spiller
I'll Fly With You - Gigi D'Agostino (MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!!)
Sorry (Dirty South Mix) - Kaskade (check out a lot more by this artist, too!)
Day N Nite (Remix) - Kid Cudi
Madonna's Confessions album
Just the Way You Are - Milky
Closer (Stonebridge Remix) - Ne-Yo
Cry For You - September
Raindrops - Stunt
Never - Tina Arena/The Roc Project
That's Not My Name (Tom Neville's Remix) - The Ting Tings
Cross the Dancefloor - Treasure Fingers
There are many, many different versions of most of these songs. Some versions are more upbeat than other versions and some versions are just plain better than others.
hope this helps!

Brightly coloured turmeric not only makes your curries taste fab, but it really contains curcumin, an active ingredient that fights high-protein dishes, burns fat along with holds back the growth involving new fat tissue.

Switch those weekly weigh-ins with a measure-in. Take the measurements of this bust, hips, waist and thighs as being a more accurate reflection of how well you’re doing with your weight-loss plan.
