What program can I use to restore old hard drive?

I had a virus wipe out the fat table on the hard drive of my back-up system, what software can I use to restore it, assuming all the original info is still on the drive?

Update:

No go on system restore, I tried that, but windows refused to recognize that there was anything on the drive. It was prompting me to partition the drive.

Try norton ghost recovery - got some good tools.

Also give HDD - hard drive regeneration a shot.

Source(s): When my HD died I tried both of'em, but none worked because my HD physically died. Even so, norton ghost recovery could somehow access the drive, so i guess it's worth a try.

You can do a System Restore or you can simply pop in a disk for your OS.
