What's wrong with my Ps3?

Every time that I insert a ps3 blue ray disc. (A game actually)

It won't read it.

It should automatically start after 5 seconds or so,but it wouldn't.

What should I do?

I'm sure it is not broken or anything because it is a new model and the last one was broken.

help please?

Update:

Dang! It was actually a new one and the laser is already broken. T_T

    - First of all I will mention the obvious thing - Make sure that the 'Game Auto-start' feature is set to yes on your PS3. If it is set to no then the disc will not automatically start, you will have to just click on the game icon to start it.

    - Or it could be that your PS3 or the Game needs to be updated.

    - Check for any scratches on the discs, this could be the problem.

    - If you are sure its not broken or anything, then I would suggest you contact Sony and ask them.

    - You said the last one was broken? Did you send it to Sony and did they give you a new one? If yes, then Sony may have not given you a new PS3 console, they may have given you a refurbished console even if they said it is new.

    Hope this helps!
