What shoe size am i ?

on different sites it says different things .. lol

Im a Size 7 UK in every type a shoe..

what size am i in the USA?

because im ordering some trainers and not sure what size?...

    I bought some Adidas trainers the other day and all mesurments are

    on box:

    For size 7:

    French = 40/41

    American = 7 and a half

    American women sizes = 8 and a half

    Japenese = 255 :S lol (dont ask why you need japenses)

    it should say on the inside of the toungue on ur shoe
