How many time a week do you work out?
I try my best to work-out six days a week for and hour. An hour is enough for me - I don't enjoy exercise. However, there are days that I feel so stiff and ache all over that I drag a-s-s. On those days I limit myself to some cardio and that's it.

I try to make it to the gym every day for an hour. I love going and I really feel a difference if I miss more than one consecutive day. With that said, I usually make it 5 days out 7.
One thing I've been trying lately with good results is Glutamine supplements immediately after a workout. I've found it helps my muscles recover faster.

I try to work out at least once a day, most of the time I wok out twice once in the morning and once in the evenign.
