HOW TO ACTIVATE HORN ON 99 EXPEDITION?
K the horn does work but my mecanic disconnected because the alarm kept going off at 2 in the morning, so we disconnected so it wouldnt honk but dont know what to move to turn it back on, I do know its in the hood in a box just which one???

Look in the owners manual, or on the lid of the under hood fuse box. you should find a fuse map, detailing the position and purpose of each fuse. This is the most likely way of disabling the horn. If you find this is the case, and a fuse is missing in the horn fuse location, just replace the fuse with the proper rating of fuse.(this should also be listed on the fuse map) This should hold true of a missing relay as well. If it isn't one of these, the connection to the horn itself may have been disconnected, in which case you may need the mechanic to find and reconnect the harness.

You push the horn pad on the steering wheel or the buttons. If it's not working, it's broken. If it makes a loud scary noise, it works.
