Major Crisis, I just overwrote my new site with an old back up!?
Now my back up disk, my hard disk and the server all have the old back up with no trace of the latest site I intended to back up and upload! Is there any way I can get my old data back? I have windows xp home, mozilla browser. Can I find it in history, any cache or a setting up a restore point or something? Help...

This link will help you find a download for a program you can use, they do a free trial, and there are similar programs available at download.com
