Can I find Webpages on Google's Cache?

Is it possible to retrieve webpages as cached by Google of a particular day or a day earlier....does Google cache show random past pages or can you control the dates?

I have accidentally deleted my site and want my site as cached by google on 5th May 2009, is that possible? Thanks!!!

    Yes, You can.

    Just type in google cache:www.YourDomainName.com

    or cache:www.YourDomainName.com/page.html or Page.php

    or you can do it with using google toolbar, open your domain or any page of site in browser and click on Google PR ICON and Click on cached snapshot of page.
