I love both shows... The grandfather on Everybody Loves Raymond is hilarious and Chris on Everybody Hates Chris is hilarious, too...

I could never get into the groove of Everybody Loves Raymond. I always felt it was a bit overrated. Raymond was a whiner and a complainer, pure and simple. But the show did have a very talented cast. I go with Everybody Hates Chris because I do enjoy Chris Rock's narratives in the show and his hands on approach has made the most successful program the UPN network ever had.
