    I like to make this fruit pizza-- it is a lot healthier than other dessert options. I hope you try it, it is always a big hit with my crowd!

    Fruit Pizza

    INGREDIENTS

    1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

    2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

    1/2 cup white sugar

    1 pinch salt

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

    1/2 cup orange juice

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1/4 cup water

    1/2 teaspoon orange zest

    DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice cookie dough and arrange on greased pizza pan, overlapping edges. Press dough flat into pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool.

    In a large bowl, soften cream cheese, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. You can chill for a while at this point, or continue by arranging the fruit.

    Begin with strawberries, sliced in half. Arrange in a circle around the outside edge. Continue with fruit of your choice, working towards the middle. If bananas are used, dip them in lemon juice so they don't darken. Then make a sauce to spoon over fruit.

    In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, corn starch, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook and stir over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 or 2 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat, and add grated orange rind. Allow to cool, but not set up. Spoon over fruit. Chill for two hours, then cut into wedges and serve

    hey I think maybe a chocolate mousse just make some Jello chocolate pudding the whole box use 4 cups milk as says u can use low fat or part skin to reduce fat and calories or soy milk

    then take a tub of cool whip fat free or regular and first let the pudding cool down then slowly in the bowl fold in the cool whip slowly to not break the fluffy ness of the cool whip then when well blended serve in nice glasses with rasberries on top or u can put in bowls with rasberries and fresh strawberry slices and some whip cream if u like on top chocolate shreddings

    or

    even just melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler with heavy cream and or butter like half a stick or one stick depending on amount and mix with cool whip slowly or even use cool whip chocolate for more chocolate flavor

    or this recipe

    make a no bake chocolate cheese cake

    1 tub cool whip chocolate

    2 8 oz bars cream cheese

    1 cup sugar

    blend sugar and cream cheese on high

    then mix in slowly the cool whip on low beat setting or by hand

    fill a oreo crust premade crust or make your own and refridgerate for 4 hours then serve u can also before refridgerating melt chocolate in a boiler or microwave and cover chocolate on the top of the cheese cake to harden for a hard chocolate crust or make zig zag designs or swirls ur choice

    Strawberry Shortcake using angelfood cake sliced, topped with fresh sliced strawberries and a spoonful of light coolwhip. Best if you sprinkle sugar over the sliced strawberries and stir about 1 hour before serving. Will make a sweet sauce that soaks into the cake when you spoon the strawberries over the slice of cake. YUMMY and low cal.

    my mom loves this!!! it is a pie crust that you bought and then cream cheese(you can use fat free) add some splenda to the cream cheese then get the strawberry filling they have it at walmart in regular or sugar free. mix the cream cheese(1 pkg) with the splenda and spread in the pie crust then add the filling on top after that slice up real strawberries and put them on top of that. when you are ready to serve it add a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each slice!! ITS SOOO YUMMY AND semi healthy!!
