Because no one has manners, decency or good taste anymore. All they care about is money. That puts parents in the position of trying to explain to the kids something they couldn't possibly understand long before they need to be informed about it.

If your children are on the internet unsupervised, it's your fault and ads for "male enhancement" – which they wont even understand what that is – are the least of your worries.
