PC3 PC4

If the cable in PC3 connecting to the hub is faulty, can PC3 communicate with PC2? Why?

    Nope. If the cable, that provides PC3 with a connection to the other devices, is not able to transmit data, how will any communication with PC3 happen?

    The communication occurs through the hub, so if communication with the hub is down...
