Mega Primrose and Birth Control Pills?
I called my gynecologist b/c I could not get a clear answer. She said you SHOULD NOT TAKE PRIMROSE AND BIRTH CONTROL together because it weakens your birth control. I have been working at taking more vitamins like prenatal vitamins (not for the purpose of pregnancy); hair skin & nail vitamins, and I wanted to incorporate something else to help strengthen my hair since I colored it recently. I make it a point to research on-line or at least call a pharmacist before I start taking anything.
I must also add that I have been taking the vitamins for over two months and I have not experienced any noticeable side effects. As far as the BC. I can deal with those side effects rather than the one that I would have without taking BC.

take omega 3 vitamins it helps with your skin and nails grow, help reduce period cramps, speeds up your metabolism and all this great stuff.
the reason why women who are pregnant
Prenatal vitamins have shown no affects so I have read online its a myth, those vitamins have alot of side affectsgestion or heartburn
Muscle aches and pains
Nausea and vomiting
Fatigue
Gas or belching
Metallic taste
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
Insomnia
Yellow-orange discoloration of the urine
Loss of appetite.

Biotin is a good supplement for health hair growth, skin and nails. I'd drop the BC, though...because of it's harmful long-term side-effects.
