like the guy before me said Fallout and Oblivion are way better than the list you have here...choose one of those

The only one of those I've played is Eternal Sonata. It was fun, and the combat was cool, but it's not that long.
Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery are supposed to be horrible. They both got poor reviews and neither sold well at all. I'd rent those before shelling out the money for them.
Star Ocean, I'm not sure. I've heard it was good, but I'm not familiar with the games.
