No, I think Kendall and Zack will leave to go kill Adam because of his company's defective heart valve, thinking Ian is going to die, not knowing that Angie and Jake will save him in time. They are setting this up for a "Who Killed Adam?" storyline, although from everything I've read, Stuart will end up being the victim. I don't think either Kendall or Zack will kill Adam, but they will be suspects.

No, I don't think Ian will die, I think he'll be saved again(!) As evil as David is,he takes great pride in his work and I think he believes that he repaired the valve.
