can anyone please tell me how do you get a new driving license when you have lost your old one,i do not know my driving license number,

Have you lost both your plastic and paper bits of your driving licence? if not I would visit http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/DriverLicensi... has all the informaton on getting a new one sent out to you,

You need to go on to the DVLA website and there is an online form you can fill in if your license had been lost or stolen. Here's a link...
