I have a problem with my Nationwide internet account! Help please?

I am trying to transfer some money over from my ISA (if this is at all possible to do so through the internet) back into my Flex account and am not sure how to accomplish this =(

Any help would be very grateful!

    That is a balance transfer that is better handled in person at the bank branch.

    If there arent instructions on the website on how to do it, then it is entirely possible they dont allow it...
