what do i tell my neighbors?

everyday my neighbors daughters play piano from 6 in the morning so when i wake up and when i get back form school they play from like 8 to 11 and sometimes in between. there piano room is right next to my bedroom and even when i close all my windows i still hear them. It gets really annoying because i usually study from that time at night and i cant take it anymore. even when people come over there like wow thats annoying. Also the songs they play are repetitive and annoying not like that matter though haha. But yeah what can I do it's really annoying me and I cant just tell them not to play because they might have to practice or something i dont know.

Update:

no there not apartments and we own the house so there's no lanlords and we woudn't move form our house just because of this haha

Try to nicely talk to them to come up with an amicable solution to the problem. Compromise.

If they don't wanna play ball with you on it, call the police and file a noise complaint.

are there any sort of ear muffs that can block that noise out? Maybe you could do your studying in another room. Maybe you should consider moving, or talking to your landlord, to see if he can solve the situation. If nothing else, you may have to try to resolve this on your own by talking to your neighbor kindly, and see if they have any suggestions. If you can't solve this, looks like you may have to resort to moving.

i think that you should write a note to the neighbors and if they dont try to calm it down then tell management because it sounds as if you are in apartments or something.

Just tell them straight up. If they change they change if they don't call the cops.
