salve a tutti i vado in palestra da 1 anno e mi sono fatto pochi muscoli xk prima ero molto ma molto magro con la dieta che ho fatto ed ora voglio prendere la creatina,la mia domanda è con la creatina crescono gli addominali? perdo la pelle cadente? ha effetti collaterali?
