That's a form of showing love. Kissing on different parts of the body is actually means something. He obviously likes you a lot and finds you attractive.

Sorry for late reply, It shows affection and fondness and love. Just like what we do with a baby when we show our love and care. It's a healthy way of showing your emotion.

Its not a bad thing! Sounds like he just loves you and isnt afraid of expressing it. He is showing he respects you and wants to be close to you. He is happy with you.

im struggling with the imagery of this, but you can't tell whether its love or infatuation very easily from this.

best bet is that he just likes the affection and touch. its cute but there's not much to it; no hidden gestures or meanings

i believe it shows that he has respect for you. and cares alot. and not only wants other things in your relationship.
